Tomorrow is going to be the first day of Term 5 in 2014-5 at University of The People (my second term). To help get a head start and mitigate some stress, I’m going to take some preliminary efforts and start preparing myself today.

I’ve gotten my grades back for my finals, and my grades couldn’t have been better! So, as promised I’ll share a little bit of my study, and preparation process for anyone interested in improving their grade.
This past weekend I completed both of my final exams for my first term at UoPeople! I can’t believe how fast 9 weeks flew by! Today I’d like to recap on my experiences.
I can’t believe how fast the last 8 weeks went by! It feels like I’ve been stuck in a vacuum on a conveyor belt of assignments. I finally submitted the very last of my assignments for term 4 (my first term) yesterday, and now today marks the first day of exam week.
My 2nd Term (Term 5) is just around the corner, and here’s a picture of a cat.
It’s Thursday morning, which means assignments for unit 7 at UoPeople are up today. In the past 6 weeks I’ve started developing a routine for limiting the amount of time I spend on school each week. The system may not be perfect, and I’m sure with time it will continue to improve, but I’d still like to share my process.
There is a project that has started at my school, UoPeople, that is interested in the gamification of the APA style of academic writing. I thought I’d share my initial input to the project with you.
It’s now half way through week 4 at UoPeople, and I have to say that my experience so far has been very good! My courses have been challenging me, but I’ve also really enjoyed the topics in the reading assignments. The school just launched the UoPeople network on Yammer, which is basically Facebook for work groups, or in our case school. But more on that later below.
Yesterday was my first official day at University of The People. So far, the overall experience has been great, but there are a few issues that have occurred to me, as I begin my studies with the institution. Despite the issues, I still have warm feelings entering my courses.
