I was asked by a colleague at UoPeople about how he would apply algorithms in the real world, outside of the classroom. I think it’s an interesting question, and thought it was worth sharing my personal experience as a web developer.
Awesome, 1 week down already. 8 more, and I’ll have finished an entire year at University of the People – feels great to have made it this far already! The 1st week of Software Engineering started out a little rough, but I think I’m back into the swing of things now. Today I share a bit of insight into what I’m learning this term’s course.
Programming can be tough. Real tough. Everybody knows this, even if they haven’t tried. So it can be extremely intimidating going into you’re fist few programming courses if you’ve never learned how to write code before. But don’t worry – I’m going to give you some tips to help relieve that anxiety, and help you become a great programmer by the end of the foundation building, CS 1101, Programming Fundamentals.
